Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to ask Bèo Tấm to delete your personal data, including data from the shop.beotam.com website and data we receive when you message the Bèo Tấm Facebook Page on Messenger (Meta app "Bèo Tấm Agent").

Data that can be deleted

Website account information: name, email, phone number, shipping address.
Conversation history with our AI assistant on the website and on Facebook Messenger.
Your Messenger Page-scoped ID and display name sent to us by Meta.

Note: order and invoice records may be retained for the period required by accounting and tax laws, and then deleted.

Option 1 — Email us

Send an email to service@beotam.com with the subject "Data deletion request", including your registered email/phone number or the Facebook name you used to message the Bèo Tấm Page.

Option 2 — Message us on Messenger

Send the message "Delete my data" to the Bèo Tấm Facebook Page. Our staff will confirm and delete your conversation history and related data.

Option 3 — Remove the app in Facebook settings

Go to Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, find "Bèo Tấm Agent" and click Remove. Then send a request via Option 1 or 2 so we can delete the data we have stored.

Processing time

We will confirm your request within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation by email or message once your data has been deleted.
