Bèo Tấm collects only the minimal personal information necessary to fulfill your orders, provide customer support, and maintain your account on our website. This includes:

• Shipping address (house/street details, ward, district, province/city).
• Order history, payment status, and Reward Wallet transaction records (where applicable).
• Google Sign-In details: When you choose Google Sign-In, we receive only your name, email address, and Google account identifier. We never access or store your Google account password.
• Customer support messages and attached photos/videos submitted via support tickets or livechat.

Bèo Tấm uses only necessary functional cookies to provide core e-commerce capabilities. We do not use third-party advertising tracking cookies. Essential cookies include:

• customer_session: Keeps your account securely signed in (30-day lifetime).

Third parties receiving data for order fulfillment

To fulfill your purchases and maintain system security, Bèo Tấm transmits relevant data exclusively to direct service providers integrated into our codebase:

• Viettel Post: Receives recipient name, phone number, shipping address, email, and package details to generate waybills and deliver parcels.
• KiotViet: Receives customer name, phone number, internal customer code, and purchased items for inventory synchronization and shop order management.
• Pay2S: Receives order reference code and payment amount to render VietQR banking transfer codes. Pay2S does not receive personal recipient details.
• Sender.net: Receives your email address solely to deliver transactional emails (order confirmations, tracking updates, and magic sign-in links).
• Cloudflare: Provides edge cloud infrastructure, secure database storage, and Cloudflare Turnstile bot protection, processing client IP addresses for network defense.
• IPQualityScore (IPQS, routed via an internal relay): Analyzes email addresses during account sign-up to detect disposable addresses and prevent fraud.
• GoClaw Livechat AI (hosted on our private server): Processes conversation queries and session tokens to assist shoppers in real time.

We do not integrate with or share customer information with any extraneous payment rails or advertising platforms.

No data selling and your privacy rights
