All Bèo Tấm orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our artisan workshop in Huế City (CM2-09, Eco Garden, Le Duc Anh Street, Thuy Van Ward, Hue City, Vietnam).

We partner with Viettel Post to deliver orders safely to doorsteps nationwide across Vietnam, covering all provinces and districts.

Shipping rates and free shipping threshold

Shipping fees are calculated accurately based on Viettel Post standard e-commerce tariff tables according to your destination and parcel weight.
The exact delivery fee is shown transparently in your shopping cart and at checkout before you complete payment.
Free nationwide shipping is automatically applied to all orders with a subtotal of 500,000 ₫ or more.

Dispatch process and delivery timeframe

Your order is prepared and handed over to Viettel Post couriers promptly once your bank transfer via VietQR (Pay2S gateway) has settled.
Typical delivery time is between 2 and 4 business days, depending on your delivery address and province.
The courier will phone you before delivery, so please keep your phone accessible.

How to track your shipment

You can easily track your parcel progress at any time through the following options:

Check your "Order Dispatched" confirmation email, which includes your Viettel Post tracking code and tracking link.
Open your unique order tracking link /order/<token> received in your order confirmation email.
Sign in to your Bèo Tấm account and visit the order history dashboard: /account/orders.
